It’s okay. Not terrible, not great.
It’s not as good as Core Power or Premier, for sure, but it’s okay. I got the cookies and cream flavor. I could taste the C&C but I could also taste the typical protein drink taste. It’s better for sure than the Muscle Milk protein drink I tried.
Would not be my first pick, but I would drink it in a pinch.
