Just a quick non-scale victory. I got 3 shirts for Christmas…all 2 sizes smaller than all of my current shirts (which I owned at the beginning of this journey).
Two of the 3 shirts fit very comfortably, and the other is very close and will soon. In addition a nice fleece jacket I got a couple of years ago but that was too small, now fits great and I’ve been wearing it.
Happy to see progress both on the scales and off. 🙂
