This is just a quick non-scale victory update. I’m no longer able to wear like 80% of the clothes I started with, and those I can are mostly shirts that are starting to be too big too.
One thing I’ve had from the beginning is this belt. It has holes all the way around. I decided I’d keep it until it became too cumbersome to wear. It’s starting to get there but I’m going keep wearing it for a while.
Here’s the NSV (as you can see in the photo): I started at the eighth notch. I am currently on notch 22.
I’ve been at notch 21/22 for a while, but that is perfectly fine. The belt goes around my side and on the side of my back.
It’s stuff like this that still blows my mind. And it’s a good thing to remember on days when I’m struggling a bit. 🙂
